When BridgePoint General Contracting’s founder Shelley McPhatter was experiencing significant growth in her business, she recognized that she required a new marketing strategy and support team. Shelley identified that in addition to her overall marketing needs, the largest challenge would be folding the firm’s two new businesses, BridgePoint Civil and BridgePoint Construction Services, under the BridgePoint umbrella. Allieway was subsequently hired to complete a brand audit of all existing branding and materials in use by BridgePoint. The audit revealed a need for a series of brand updates and missed opportunities in marketing. Allieway was hired to provide ongoing marketing support and immediately began the process of the brand refresh, tagline development, messaging development, overhaul of all proposal documents, stationery, and presentation items, social media planning, and public relations coordination. Allieway’s in-depth process which involved interviewing team members, key stakeholders, and important clients, as well as conducting creative sessions to include the team in the process resulted in a cohesive brand that supported all three arms of the business.
