Today’s Allieway Woman in Business is Roxanne of Design Synergies Architecture! Based in Buffalo, Design Synergies focuses on the idea that green design is good design, with a specialty in interior architecture, sustainability consulting, and specifications for LEED projects. Roxanne’s favorite thing about running her own business? “I wanted to build a firm focused on sustainability, which has shaped my career for almost 30 years. I knew that if I wanted to be a leader in a firm like that, I had to start it myself.
