The Utica BOA Revitalization project was an exciting opportunity for us to collaborate with the city in transforming the area and attracting new investments. Through in-depth research and stakeholder interviews, we gained valuable insights that shaped our approach. Building on the established Proud Utica brand, we crafted a compelling narrative and key messaging that resonated with all stakeholders. Our creative team worked diligently on brand development, infusing the existing Proud Utica brand with fresh energy and purpose. The result was captivating collateral that effectively communicated the BOA’s potential to investors, businesses, and residents alike.
